My journey as a being who expresses herself through sound, music and spirit is to join with you on your beauty path to explore your wholeness and strengths, to help empower you and to activate and inspire your healing. This is my mission to help and guide where I can, especially for women of a certain age. You are a powerful and connected being. I am here to help you remember this as I remember it too, by walking with you.

Using Sound with its subsequent frequencies has a unique and strong place in our lives. As energy beings our bodies respond to this beautifully, as has been proven by ancient wisdom and modern research.

Sound energy, along with other forms of energy flow such as Reiki (Uni-Verse/Life Force) and LaHoChi (Light/Movement/Life Force) meditation, breath work, singing, toning, mantras (aka mind transportation) humming, all help our nervous system to calm down, to come back to itself. The energy of sound can literally wake up all of our cells to be in alignment with the innate healing capacity our bodies naturally carry!

I am a trained singer, musician, Energy, Sound Healing & Meditation Practitioner, and Certified End of Life Doula. Depending on the needs of an individual or a group, I am guided to employ whole-tone crystal singing bowls, endochrine alchemy crystal bowls, the four elements Koshi chimes, Venus chime, crystal and metal tuning forks, Himalayan metal alchemy bowls, drums, kalimba, and a custom Euphone tuned to the heart energy center.

All these beautiful tools are used to help you open, relax, release and align with your higher self and beautiful body elemental. I channel what is needed in the now moment for the individual or the group, along with bringing forth light language for your highest and best. (It’s really wonderful that all these years of voice training have brought me to this place!)

My offerings for sound healing are at The Angel Cooperative in Ridgefield, CT, Sticks & Stones in Newtown, Authentic Matters in Westport, LaChat Town Farm in Weston, and The Wainwright House in Rye, NY, the Hummingbird Healing Center in Westport, The EES Fountain Sanctuary in New Milford, along with many private events throughout CT and NY, live and on Zoom. I am ordained in the Order of Melchizidek and the United Life Church and really love the honor of leading weddings, sacred ceremonies, funeral and memorial services.
